Energized Vinyasa – An invigorating class! If you are looking to increase the strength of your practice, this is the class for you. It has a faster pace in a joyful way.
Vigorous Vinyasa – A challenge for students who want a very dynamic class. Be ready to move from one to pose to another in a continuous flow.
Blissful Yoga – in this amazing class you will replenish, revive, balance and restore. 40 minutes of stretching poses and 20 minutes of deep relaxation with a short guided meditation. Recharge and relax your mind and body.
Vinyasa / Core – This class is a great workout! You'll practice the sequencing of yoga postures and strengthening core moves to build strong abs.
Gentle Yoga – For those who want a nurturing yoga experience, this class will restore you after a long day! Poses will be practiced at a slow pace with a lot of stretching. You will create a more conscious connection between your body and the poses.
